The harvest only happens once a year. Here is our chance to actually see them make olive oil! In Tabernas, at the Castillo de Tabernas olive oil mill, Carmen will take us through the “almazara” and describe as they make this Spanish liquid gold followed by a tasting. Video en español
Bodega Perfer, Uleila del Campo Almería
Love it or hate it, you need to try it once in your lifetime. We are not allowed to call it Blue Wine, so we will go with Blue Chardonnay. We tour the winery with Juan as he explains how they make their special wines. Followed by lunch in the bodega with a tasting of his blue chardonnay!
